Modern New Construction

Washington Twp, New Construction: This project was a true privilege to undertake for an extraordinary family. With two special-needs children, the necessity for first-floor living was paramount. They purchased a piece of land that provided the perfect landscape . We meticulously designed and constructed this home, ensuring everything was ADA compliant while maintaining an exceptional level of style and sophistication. Our design included thoughtful details to ensure ease of movement and comfort. High-end finishes and modern amenities were incorporated to create a space that is both functional and beautiful. The result is a home that perfectly accommodates their unique requirements, blending accessibility with elegance. 

Doral Ct.

The Doral Court project was a remarkable transformation for a family who had lovingly maintained their home since their children were young. With both kids in college at the time, it was the ideal time to rejuvenate their living space. We approached the renovation in two meticulously planned phases: first, the bathrooms, and then the kitchen remodel.
For the bathrooms, we focused on creating modern, functional spaces that catered to the family's evolving needs. We upgraded the fixtures, installed an elegant tub, shower stall and new tile, enhancing convenience and aesthetics. Both bathrooms were designed to offer a spa-like experience, with features such as luxurious vanities, ensuring a perfect blend of comfort and style.
After completing the bathrooms, we seamlessly transitioned to the kitchen. The original kitchen layout posed challenges for our homeowner, an avid baker. The setup included a cramped wall oven/microwave, a refrigerator awkwardly placed in a corner, and a cooktop on the island that restricted her workspace. We reimagined the kitchen layout to enhance functionality and cater to her baking needs, while infusing a contemporary style that brought the space up to date. We installed state-of-the-art appliances, including a spacious convection 48” double oven with high performance cook top to support her culinary needs. Custom cabinetry was added, Elegant finishes, such as quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, and contemporary lighting fixtures, brought a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere to the space. 

Downsizing to a Dream Home

Hickory Lane was an exceptionally special project for me, as it provided the opportunity to work with dear friends who had been searching with me for over two years to find the perfect ranch home to downsize into. Our journey together was marked by countless viewings and discussions, ensuring every detail aligned with their vision. When we finally discovered Hickory Lane, it was clear that this was the ideal match. We embarked on a comprehensive remodel to redesign the interior while staying within the confines of the existing square footage . The transformation was blending functionality with elegance. My clients are overjoyed with the results, as their new home now exudes comfort and style, perfectly tailored to their needs and personalities.

Townhome Lifestyle

Main St-This client sought a home that fit the downsizing category without sacrificing style and sophistication. We achieved this goal by making thoughtful modifications while preserving the existing layout. The project was a comprehensive remodel, with a particular focus on the kitchen and bathrooms. The townhome featured stunning wood tiles that were dated by their golden oak color.  We revitalized the flooring by meticulously sanding and re-staining it, restoring it to its original state with a custom formula that resembled a refined white oak finish.
In the kitchen, we orchestrated a transformation that enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. The redesign included state-of-the-art appliances, bespoke cabinetry, and elegant finishes, creating a sophisticated environment. The bathrooms received equal attention, with updated fixtures, luxurious tiling, and thoughtful storage solutions that seamlessly combined comfort with style. The result is a breathtaking, modern space with elegance, providing the client with a home that meets her downsizing needs without compromising on sophistication.

Lippincott Kitchen Complete Makeover

This was a full gut renovation. We did this in stages. Stage one included painting the whole house and replacing all the floors. We knew the kitchen would be phase two so we prepped it by lifting the old island so our new hardwood would run underneath it so when we were ready for our new design there would be no issues or restrictions. Knowing and discussing the clients long term goals and wishes are crucial to design so you are never having to backtrack and undo. That wastes time and money that can be spent elsewhere.

Renovation in Florida

 This was a renovation I did from New Jersey and Florida I worked with the clients budget to re-purpose their existing cabinets give them a new updated lay out we ended up painting the cabinets and adding new moldings and bought only a few new cabinets for the island to create this new look. 

*We can work with a client budget and give them a fantastic new result without having to buy all new materials .
